Introducing “Philly Airport Shuttles,” operating under the company name Weby Ltd with the registration number +1 856 693 0244 and headquarters at 123 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19109 We are your dedicated facilitators, functioning as an intermediary for all your travel arrangements, including bookings and connections with reputable transportation suppliers, also referred to as the Supplier/Principal.
Upon booking with us, the primary person listed on the reservation agrees on behalf of all individuals named on the booking to:
- Comply with these Agency Terms & Conditions.
- Consent to our use of personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and authorize the disclosure of personal details, including any special data, if applicable.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Assume financial responsibility for the booking on behalf of all listed persons.
Contract:
When you make a booking, you are engaging in a contract with the relevant Supplier/Principal, such as the transport provider, detailed in your e-ticket. As intermediaries, we hold no responsibility for the actions or services of the Supplier/Principal. It’s imperative to review both our Agency Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the Supplier/Principal for comprehensive understanding.
Liability:
We hold no liability concerning the contracts you enter into or any services purchased, including Transport Arrangements, nor for any acts or omissions of the suppliers.
Booking:
Accuracy in the information provided during booking, especially pick-up details, is crucial. Any changes due to your error may incur charges to rectify. The data you provide will be shared solely with the relevant Supplier/Principal or necessary parties for your Transport Arrangements.
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking, or where offered by the Supplier/Principal, payment can be made directly to the driver. Failure to make due payments may lead to cancellation by the Supplier/Principal.
Prices:
We reserve the right to adjust advertised prices and rectify errors. It’s advisable to verify the prices at the time of booking.
Special Requests: While we forward your requests to the Supplier/Principal, we can’t guarantee their fulfillment and bear no liability if they’re not met.
Changes and Cancellations by You:
The ability to cancel without charge is subject to the terms detailed in your eTicket.
Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier/Principal: We’ll communicate any significant changes made by the Supplier/Principal and assist in providing alternative arrangements.
Our Responsibility:
We solely act as booking agents and hold no responsibility for the provision of Transport Arrangements.
Complaints:
Queries or concerns about Transport Arrangements will be directed to the Supplier/Principal for resolution.
Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms & Conditions adhere to English law, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
