When it comes to arranging your transport, your contract will be established directly with the esteemed “Supplier/Principal” responsible for providing the transport arrangements you’ve selected.
By making a reservation through Philly Airport Shuttles, the primary individual on the booking takes on several crucial responsibilities:
- Understanding and accepting the terms and conditions outlined in our Agency Terms & Conditions.
- Providing consent for us to utilize your personal data in strict adherence to our Privacy Policy, authorizing us to share personal details on behalf of all individuals listed on the booking, including any special categories of data when applicable.
- Confirming that you are over the age of 18.
- Acknowledging financial responsibility for payment on behalf of all individuals specified in the booking.
1. Contract
When you book your transportation through Philly Airport Shuttles, you are entering into a contract with the Supplier/Principal, who is the designated transport provider, as indicated on your e-ticket. As your agent, we are not liable for the actions or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services they render. Your booking is subject to both our Agency Terms and Conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier/Principal(s) you contract with. It’s essential to thoroughly review both sets of terms. The Supplier/Principal’s terms may outline limitations and exclusions concerning their liability to you.
2. Liability
We hold no responsibility in connection with any contract you establish, your chosen transport arrangements, or any services you procure (referred to as “Transport Arrangements”) or for the actions or oversights of any supplier or related parties associated with these arrangements.
3. Booking
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking, including pick-up details, is accurate. We will confirm your booking with the Supplier/Principal once you’ve verified these details. Any errors you make that necessitate changes may incur additional charges.
The booking details you furnish will be shared exclusively with the relevant Supplier/Principal responsible for your Transport Arrangements or other entities essential for their provision. This information may be shared with public authorities as required by law, and we may also share it with security or credit checking agencies if necessary. Your consent to this information sharing is integral to completing your booking.
4. Payment
To secure your chosen Transport Arrangements, you must either pay in full at the time of booking or, if the Supplier/Principal offers this option, you may have the opportunity to make payment directly to the driver upon pick-up. In the latter case, you must commit to making the payment to the driver at the time of booking and provide valid payment card details to us. Failure to make payments when due or incurring amendment or cancellation fees may result in us charging you on behalf of the Supplier.
Please be aware that credit/debit card processing fees (ranging from 1.4% to 2.9%) from our payment processing partner, Stripe.com, are non-refundable in case of reservation cancellations.
5. Prices
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time and rectify errors in advertised and confirmed prices. It’s your responsibility to verify the price of your chosen Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.
6. Special Requests
If you have special requests, please communicate them during the booking process. While we’ll convey these requests to the Supplier/Principal, we cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled, and we accept no liability if they are not. Note that child/baby seats are typically provided upon request by our Suppliers/Principals; however, there may be rare instances when last-minute vehicle substitutions prevent their availability.
7. Changes and Cancellations by You
Most of our Supplier/Principals allow cancellations free of charge when made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer pick-up time. You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. Cancellation terms specific to your booking are available in your eTicket. Please submit any cancellation or amendment requests through the “My Booking” section of our website or by contacting the Supplier/Principal directly.
8. Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier/Principal
We will promptly notify you if the Supplier/Principal needs to make significant changes to your confirmed Transport Arrangements or cancel them. We will facilitate communication between you and the Supplier/Principal for any alternative arrangements, but our liability ceases at this point.
9. Our Responsibility for Your Booking
Your contract is directly with the Supplier/Principal, and their booking conditions take precedence. As your agent, our responsibility is limited to booking in line with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the Transport Arrangements or services provided by the Supplier/Principal. However, if we are found liable on any basis, our maximum liability to you is twice the commission we earn on your booking. This limitation does not apply to cases of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees acting within the scope of their employment.
10. Complaints
As the contract for your Transport Arrangements is between you and the Supplier/Principal, any queries or concerns should be directed to them. Complaints must be submitted within 28 days of using the services provided by the Supplier/Principal, and any problems during your journey must be reported to the Supplier/Principal immediately. If you fail to follow these procedures, your compensation may be reduced or forfeited.

11. Law and Jurisdiction
These Agency Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may initiate proceedings in your local court under Scottish or Northern Irish law.
12. Vehicle Descriptions and Standards
All vehicle descriptions are provided by the relevant Supplier/Principal and offer a general idea of the facilities they provide. Standards and ratings may differ between countries and suppliers, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these ratings.
13. Journey Times
The distance and travel time provided are for planning purposes, and actual conditions may vary due to factors such as construction, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. Please plan your trip accordingly.
14. Documentation & Information
The descriptions and content related to Transport Arrangements are presented on behalf of the Supplier/Principal. Not all details can be included on our website, so if you require further information, please contact us.
